Berlin Property Guide is an online resource for people interested in the Berlin real estate market, especially overseas investors wanting to purchase a first or second home in the city.
Since late 2006, the authors of this site have had an active interest in purchasing property in Germany and Berlin in particular, and found a lack of information on the internet. As we researched and learnt more about the city, its neighbourhoods and its history, we soon realised that the research we did and the information we discovered could certainly help others in their own property quests.
